Baktus, Saroyan and Georgene...

We have some lovely scarf projects in the shop.  These are simple projects but, with the right yarn they turn out beautifully.  Made in a variety of sizes you can see the different effects each drape has.
Marge B. knit three Baktus scarves up in different sizes and yarns.  This one is made out of 350yds Kureyon Sock yarn.
Baktus scarf on Ravelry medium in 2 skeins each of Mini Mochi and Louisa Harding Angora.  This feels like a dream around your neck!
This Baktus is a large size made using 800yds out of 1skein Berroco socks metallic and 1 skein Heritage.
Saroyan scarf pattern was made using 3 skeins Shibui Baby Alpaca DK.  Of course any yarn can be used in these projects with needle adjustments as needed.  This scarf was inspired by the TV show Bones and is part of a series that include Traveling Woman and Temperance.  The patterns for all of these are found at feministy.com.
Georgene by Berroco was made using 3 skeins of Misti Alpaca. The pattern calls for 6 skeins of Geode.
Horizontal Cowl uses 1 skein of Cascade Magnum.  If you use 2sts. less you will get more length.
Marge did a beautiful job on all of these projects.
